NACD Presents Annual Responsible Distribution Excellence Award to Tarr, LLC
SAN DIEGO, Calif., November 28, 2012
In announcing the award, Andrew Skipp, NACD’s Chairman and President/CEO of Hubbard-Hall Inc. said, “NACD is proud to recognize Tarr, LLC as the 7th recipient of this prestigious award. Tarr, LLC operates across the Western United States with its rail, bulk storage and packaging capabilities at its Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona facilities. Tarr specializes in meeting customer specific needs and offer high purity packaging capabilities. In addition, Tarr has warehousing capabilities in the Los Angeles and Seattle areas. Primary product lines include solvents and surfactants. The company, with 75 employees, operates its own fleet of trucks and delivers roughly 90% of its orders. All Tarr operations are also ISO 9001 certified. Tarr is a charter member of the Omni-Chem alliance.
