We start with a system of electropolished stainless steel and PFA Teflon-wetted components in a class 100 cleanroom, then use our proprietary ion exchange process to reduce ionic contaminants to PPT (parts per trillion) levels. Finally, all-Teflon 0.05 m filters remove metallic impurities and particles well below 100 PPT.
